Salon booking that works for you

Clients book themselves at any hour, reminders go out in their language, and every specialist sees their schedule on their own phone.

  • No commission per visit
  • In Lithuanian, English, Russian and Polish
  • Nothing to install: works in the browser and on the phone

Built in Lithuania · Client data stored in the EU · Cancel any time

A salon calendar with three specialists' visits; on a phone a client picks a time, receives a reminder and replies YES, and the visit in the calendar turns confirmed.

Demo

Try it without signing up

The demo salon behaves like a real one: book a visit, move it, see what the owner sees and what a specialist sees. Nothing real happens.

Demo language

The demo opens in English on this page. Prefer another language? Pick it here; it applies to all three doors.

DEMO

As a client

The booking page: services, specialist, time. Book, move, cancel.

DEMO

As the owner

Calendar, clients, SMS messenger, campaigns and reports.

DEMO

As a specialist

Only your own calendar, plus the shared client base, on the computer and the phone.

Nothing real happens: no messages are sent, settings are locked, and the demo resets every night.

The phone rings in the middle of a haircut, a client forgets her visit, and in the evening there are still messages to answer. Sound familiar?

Drag. Drop. Done.

The whole team's calendar in one place: day, week and month. Move a visit with the mouse or a finger to another time or another specialist, and DEK asks whether to tell the client.

  • The week view shows several specialists at once and the strip slides across three weeks: last, this and next
  • Every service has its own colour, a legend sits under the calendar, past hours are greyed out
  • On the card: the client's first name and surname initial, phone, service and language flag
  • On a phone you hold a card to drag it, and DEK installs to the home screen straight from the browser, no app store

The real DEK calendar, just drawn

Before and now

You call Rūta to say a client moved her visit.

Rūta sees the moved visit in her own phone calendar, no login.

In the evening you answer: 'do you have time tomorrow?'

The client booked herself from your page; the visit is already in the calendar with her phone and language.

You call to remind about tomorrow's visit.

The reminder went out by itself, in the client's language. She replied YES, the visit is confirmed.

The same calendar on a phone

Language for messages: Lietuvių, English, Русский, Polski. The client gets SMS and emails about visits in this language. Primename: rytoj 11:30, kirpimas. Patvirtinkite atsakydami TAIP. Reminder: tomorrow 11:30, haircut. Reply YES to confirm.

Messages

Reminders in the client's language, replies on your screen

Confirmations and reminders go out by SMS and email automatically. Pick the client's language once and every message about their visits goes out in Lithuanian, English, Russian or Polish.

  • Set the client's language on the card, when registering a new client in the calendar, or via a CSV import column; the default is the salon's language (Lithuanian unless you changed it)
  • A Polish-speaking client gets the Polish text even if you only customised the Lithuanian template: DEK picks the right language itself
  • The client confirms with a click in the email or by replying YES to an SMS from your phone, cancels by replying NO, and the calendar updates itself

dek.lt/app/sms. Phone connected. Automatic notification: Reminder: tomorrow 11:30, haircut with Gabija. Reply YES to confirm. dek.lt/i/abc123 Rasa Petraitienė: YES. Visit confirmed. Thank you, see you tomorrow! (Sent).

  • Text from your computer: through your own Android phone and your own number, with no per-message fee from DEK
  • Replies, automatic reminders and your own messages in one conversation; replies arrive within minutes and the menu shows the unread count
  • See whether a message went out, is waiting for the phone or failed, and resend with one click; save an unknown number as a client in two clicks

Email notifications on every plan, each email carrying a calendar entry with a reminder. SMS and the messenger: on Premium, through your Android phone and a free asms.lt account. On VIP, reminders can also go out without a phone of your own: 500 Premium SMS a month for every specialist, from the sender name DEK.

Email reminders and the client's language work on the free plan. SMS through your phone and the messenger: on Premium, €9.99 / month per specialist or location.

Team

The team always knows its schedule

Set each specialist's working hours once. Clients online only see the truly free hours, and the specialist sees their visits in their own phone calendar, without logging in.

  • Working hours per weekday, several intervals a day and an automatic lunch break
  • Alternating schedule: an interval can apply only on odd or only on even weeks, so a two-week rota is set once
  • One specialist, several branches: each interval can be worked at another location and online booking follows
  • Time off and holidays close the calendar and online booking at the same time; Lithuanian public holidays are handled automatically
  • A private calendar link for every specialist: subscribe in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar and moved or cancelled visits update on their own, with the client's name, phone, service and branch address
  • A new team member starts with the salon's opening hours already filled in; reset the link any time and old subscriptions stop working

Calendar apps refresh on their own schedule: Google usually every few hours, Apple and Outlook as configured. It is a subscription, not two-way sync: changes are made in DEK.

Working hours, time off and the calendar subscription on every plan; odd/even weeks and rotation between branches on Premium.

Newsletters

Newsletters for the clients who asked for them

Send offers and news straight from DEK, built from blocks with images and buttons. They go only to clients marked as agreeing to marketing, every email carries an unsubscribe link, and an opt-out is honoured automatically.

  • A separate marketing consent on the client card and the booking form, independent of visit notifications
  • Every email carries an unsubscribe link; a client who opts out stops getting news but keeps getting messages about their visits
  • Change consents (SMS, email, marketing) on the client card at any time, and clients can opt out from any email
  • Send a test to yourself, send now or schedule; see how many were delivered, opened and clicked
  • You are the data controller, DEK the processor: a Data Processing Agreement and privacy policy are published, and client data, campaign lists included, is stored in the EU

On Premium. Up to 2 campaigns a day and 2000 recipients a month, so every salon's emails reach the inbox rather than the spam folder.

Three steps to a full calendar

Nothing to install and no training needed. And if something is unclear, the answer is inside the app itself.

1

Register your salon

Services, specialists, working hours. A new specialist's hours are filled in from the salon's opening hours automatically.

2

Import your clients

From a CSV file (from Excel: Save As CSV) in minutes: duplicates merged, phone numbers tidied, language taken from a column.

3

Share your link

A link or QR code on Instagram, Google or Facebook, and the calendar fills itself.

Manual inside the app: 36 articles · 8 sections · LT EN RU PL. Available after signing in.

Manual inside the app

If something is unclear, the answer is already waiting inside

  • A detailed step-by-step manual with real screenshots, in Lithuanian, English, Russian and Polish
  • Every page of the app has a Help button that opens the questions about that very page
  • Owner, administrator and staff each see the guide for their own role; searchable, and the whole manual can be downloaded
  • The manual is available after signing in to your DEK account

Built in Lithuania

Built in Lithuania, for Lithuanian business

Because we know how salons work here: which language clients write in, what an SMS costs and when Lithuania celebrates.

Majevski, MB · Company code 304720404 Terms of service

Lithuanian and more

The interface and client messages work in Lithuanian, English, Russian and Polish. You pick the language per client: a Russian-speaking client gets the reminder in Russian, a Polish-speaking one in Polish.

SMS from your own number or from the name DEK

SMS gateways charge per message, so on Premium messages are sent using your own Android phone and your own operator plan: DEK charges nothing for them. On VIP every specialist also gets 500 Premium SMS a month from the sender name DEK, so no phone of your own is needed.

Lithuanian holidays and name days

Online booking closes on public holidays, the day before ends an hour earlier, and one switch keeps a holiday open. The calendar even knows whose name day it is.

A contract, not promises

Client data is stored in the EU: the service database on servers in Lithuania, email campaign lists and SMS through asms.lt on Hostinger servers in the EU. Premium SMS and phone verification codes are sent by SIA VERTEX LV (Latvia); where the recipient's network requires it, a message may travel through telecom partners outside the EEA too. Card payments are handled by Stripe; DEK never sees card numbers. You are the controller, DEK the processor, VDAI the supervisory authority. Cookies default to necessary only.

Not only for beauty salons

Built first for hair, beauty and nail studios, but the same booking fits clinics, vets, trainers, photographers, garages and consultants. Eighteen industries, each with its own terminology and client fields.

Consultations can be online: the meeting link goes out with the confirmation and the reminder.

Premium SMS: one SMS is up to 160 characters (up to 70 when the message is sent with special letters such as ą, č, š or Cyrillic); a longer message counts as several SMS. Unused SMS do not carry over to the next calendar month. A client cannot reply to a Premium SMS: they confirm the visit by the link in it.

Frequently asked questions

Short and honest.

Is DEK really free?

Yes. The free plan gives you a booking page, unlimited visits, email reminders with a calendar entry, messages in the client's language and the calendar subscription for your specialist, up to 100 clients, with no bank card and no trial period. You move to Premium only when you want SMS, several specialists or locations, more than 100 clients, campaigns or reports.

What will SMS cost me?

On Premium, nothing from DEK: messages go out through your Android phone and a free asms.lt account, so your operator's plan applies. How many you can send depends on your operator and asms.lt plan limits; foreign numbers cost operator rates, and landlines cannot receive SMS. On VIP the price includes 500 Premium SMS a month for every specialist: they go out from the sender name DEK, so no phone of your own is needed, and unused ones do not carry over to the next month. SMS works on Premium and VIP.

My client speaks Polish. Will she get a Polish reminder?

Yes. On the client card, in the new-visit dialog or in a CSV import column you pick the language: Lithuanian, English, Russian or Polish. From then on every SMS and email about her visits goes out in it, even if you only customised the Lithuanian template. By default clients get the salon's language, usually Lithuanian.

Does a specialist have to log in to DEK to see their schedule?

No. Every specialist has a private calendar link they subscribe to once in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar, and all visits, changes and cancellations appear on their phone by themselves. Calendar apps refresh on their own schedule: Google usually every few hours, Apple and Outlook as configured. It is a subscription, not two-way sync: changes are made in DEK.

Can I text clients from my computer?

Yes, on Premium. The SMS page shows client replies, automatic reminders and your own messages in one thread; you type on the computer and the message leaves through your phone and your number. A YES reply confirms the visit, NO cancels it. Replies arrive within minutes, and an unknown number becomes a client in two clicks. YES and NO replies work for messages sent through your phone; a client cannot reply to a Premium SMS (VIP plan, sender name DEK), so they confirm the visit by the link in the message.

How are newsletters and client data handled?

Campaigns reach only clients marked as agreeing to marketing who have an email; every email carries an unsubscribe link, opt-outs are honoured automatically, and visit reminders never depend on it. DEK keeps the agreement as a mark on the client card, without a date or wording, so keep your own proof of consent where you need it. You are the data controller, DEK the processor: the Data Processing Agreement and privacy policy are published, client data is stored in the EU (the service database in Lithuania, campaign lists on Hostinger servers in the EU), and card payments are handled by Stripe.

Is it hard to learn?

No. The app contains a detailed step-by-step manual with real screenshots in Lithuanian, English, Russian and Polish, separately for each role, and on every page a Help button opens the questions about that very page. The manual is available after signing in to your DEK account.

How does the demo salon work?

The demo salon opens in this page's language (Lithuanian on the Lithuanian page) and you can switch it. You can book as a client, enter as the owner or as a specialist without signing up. Nothing real happens: no messages are sent, settings are locked, and the demo resets every night. The demo is shared, so anything you enter is visible to others until it is cleared.

Do my clients need an app or an account?

No. Clients book on your booking page in the browser, with no app and no account, and confirm, move or cancel a visit from the link in the email or SMS.

Can I move my clients over from my current system?

Yes, from any program that exports CSV (from Excel: Save As CSV): duplicates are merged, phone numbers tidied and the language taken from a column.
